​Bolivar Area Leadership Academy | August 2026–May 2027

 

The Bolivar Area Leadership Academy is designed to provide practical leadership strategies for managing teams, facilitating discussions, and guiding others with confidence, while strengthening strategic thinking through self-planning and goal alignment. 

 

Participants will develop a deeper understanding of adult learning principles to better lead, train, and mentor others while expanding their professional and civic networks through collaborative and experiential learning.

Capacity: Limited to 15 participants

 

This interactive leadership course meets on the second Wednesday of each month from August 2026 through May 2027 and is facilitated by Matt Griswold of Matt Griswold Speaks. Participants will explore practical leadership topics including communication, emotional intelligence, facilitation, strategic planning, and adult learning through engaging sessions held at various community locations. 

The series concludes with a graduation ceremony in May.
